Matluc Services was founded on a simple observation: most accounting firms understand the numbers, but not the business behind them. We set out to close that gap.

Where we began

Our story

Founded in 2019 by Carolina Noronha, Matluc Services delivers integrated accounting, tax, audit and attestation, fractional CFO, controllership, valuation, and construction advisory solutions. The firm was built to connect technical financial work with the operating reality behind every decision.

Today, Matluc supports established companies, professional practices, contractors, investors, foreign-owned U.S. businesses, and growing ventures across Miami, Orlando, and beyond — including organizations navigating multi-entity and cross-border structures.

Why trilingual, EN / PT / ES

Miami and Orlando sit at the center of one of the largest Brazilian and Latin American investor and business communities in the U.S. A tax question, a partnership agreement, or an M&A negotiation is hard enough in your first language — it shouldn’t also require a translator.

We built Matluc to operate fluently in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, so nothing gets lost between the number on the page and the decision it’s meant to inform.

Leadership

Founder & Principal

Carolina Noronha, CPA, CGC

Carolina is a Certified Public Accountant and Florida Certified General Contractor with more than 25 years of leadership in finance, accounting, tax, and operations. Her background spans U.S. and international tax, fractional CFO and controllership, financial reporting under U.S. GAAP and IFRS, business valuation, and construction accounting.

Before founding Matluc Services in 2019, Carolina built experience in Big Four accounting and in complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings. She serves U.S. and international clients in English and Portuguese, with intermediate Spanish.

Matluc is a WBENC-certified Women’s Business Enterprise and also holds WBE, MBE, and DBE certifications — formal recognition of a woman-founded, woman-led, and diverse business ready to support corporate and public-sector supplier programs.

Carolina holds both an active CPA credential and a Florida Certified General Contractor license, a rare combination that brings financial discipline and hands-on operating knowledge to every engagement.
