Matluc Services was founded on a simple observation: most accounting firms understand the numbers, but not the business behind them. We set out to close that gap.
Our story
Matluc Services began as general accounting practice and has grown into a firm purpose-built for three industries: Real Estate, General Contractors, and Startups. That focus wasn’t accidental — it grew directly out of our founders’ own operating experience in construction, real estate development, and cross-border business.
Today, Matluc serves investors, builders, and founders across Miami and Orlando, with a client base that spans U.S.-based entrepreneurs, Brazilian and Latin American investors, and companies navigating multi-entity, multi-country structures.

Miami and Orlando sit at the center of one of the largest Brazilian and Latin American investor and business communities in the U.S. A tax question, a partnership agreement, or an M&A negotiation is hard enough in your first language — it shouldn’t also require a translator.
We built Matluc to operate fluently in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, so nothing gets lost between the number on the page and the decision it’s meant to inform.

Carolina is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed General Contractor (GC) in the State of Florida — a rare combination that gives Matluc a unique perspective on the construction and real estate businesses we serve. She understands both the numbers and the operations behind them, which shapes how every Matluc engagement is structured, from job costing to fractional CFO work.
With hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and public offerings, Carolina brings a strategic perspective that goes beyond traditional accounting — helping business owners make better-informed financial decisions at every stage of growth.

Rodrigo complements Matluc’s core accounting practice with a focus on real estate, M&A, and the firm’s strategic expansion — drawing on a background across finance, operations, and legal structuring for multi-entity businesses.
